Thunder rentals typically follow a straightforward process that involves the following steps

01 Reservation

Start by making a reservation either online, through our website, or by contacting us directly. Provide the required details such as pick-up location, date and time and the type of vehicle you prefer. Thunder rental service may require you to create an account or provide personal information and payment details at this stage.

02 Vehicle Selection

Choose the vehicle that best suits your needs from the available options. Consider factors such as size, features, fuel efficiency, and budget. If there are any additional services or add-ons you require, such as GPS navigation or child seats, make sure to specify them during the reservation process.

03 Rental Agreement and Documentation

Once you've selected the vehicle, you'll need to review and sign a rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions, including rental duration, insurance coverage, fuel policy, and any additional fees or restrictions. You'll also need to present a valid driver's license and possibly provide a security deposit or pre-authorization on your credit card.

04 Vehicle Pickup

On the designated pick-up date and time, arrive at the location specified in your reservation. Our representative will guide you through the pick-up process. We will inspect the vehicle for any pre-existing damage and explain its features and controls. Take this opportunity to ask any questions and familiarise yourself with the vehicle.

05 Rental Period

During the rental period, you have the freedom to use the vehicle according to the agreed upon terms. Drive responsibly, follow traffic rules, and adhere to any specific instructions provided by us. If you encounter any issues or have questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact our customer support.

06 Vehicle Return

On the agreed-upon return date and time, return the vehicle to the designated drop-off location. Make sure to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you received it and in the same condition, taking into account reasonable wear and tear. The rental company we will inspect the vehicle for any damages and finalize the rental agreement

07 Payment and Finalization

Upon returning the vehicle, Thunder will calculate the final rental charges based on the agreed-upon rate, additional services, and any applicable fees. we will settle the payment using the provided payment method, deducting the security deposit if applicable. You'll receive a receipt or invoice summarizing the charges.
